PACKAGE	INTERNET RATES RM ++ per room per night
Garden Wing – Garden View	RM 620.00 ++ per room per night
Pacific Wing – Sea Facing Room	RM 720.00 ++ per room per night
Ocean Wing – Deluxe Sea Facing Room	RM 820.00 ++ per room per night

Package Includes:

•	Rates are quoted inclusive of daily breakfast for 2 persons per room.
•	Rates are quoted inclusive of daily dinner for 2 persons per room.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

•	Applicable from 20 December 2009 to 05 January 2010.
•	The above rates are quoted based on per person per night on twin sharing basis.
•	A third person sharing room is chargeable at RM55.00 ++ per person per night for bed only.
•	Rates are quoted ++, subject to additional 10% Service Charge and 5% Government Tax.
•	All rooms accommodate to a maximum of 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
•	Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Package Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or you may decide to pay cash by making a deposit into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	Upon confirmation a one night deposit will be debited from your Credit Card.
•	For those making payment by cash, you are required to deposit the full amount of your booking upon confirmation into the Resort’s Bank Account.
•	We Accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa Cards.
•	Group and monthly rates available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY & CHARGES

Cancellation made more that than 96 hours(4 days) prior to check in date is not subject to and cancellation charges.

Cancellation made less than 96 hours(4 days) prior to check in date is subject to the full charges of the booking.

In the event of NO SHOW a FULL CHARGES for the total duration booked shall be charge to the guest.

Maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children in a room with extra bed.

VILLAS & SEA VILLAS

Adults, Couples and children above 18 years old. Maximum up to 2 persons per Villa.
